the space cruiser design below contains the original copyright for
a PART of the starship andromeda-several other copyrighted designs contain other design segments-which is a security precaution
on my part-the designs contain markings that are easily seen-but have no useful or practical application-the markings serve
the same specific purpose as treasury markings on bills to foil counterfeiters-this
case is part of the impeachment proceedings against a group of USMagistrates for aiding and abeting in Federal Level Class
A Felony crimes by the deliberate and knowing obstruction of justice-refusing to allow a registered copyright document as
admissable evidence in a US District Court of law is a serious Federal Level Class A Felony offense committed by the
US Magistrates!!
to avoid any possible confusion-when I applied for these copyrights-any material that I
referred to was material that I was inspired by-but nothing here is copied-everything I registered was original
with me
the below copyright collection contains the original program copyrights
for the internet-navigation programs in use byb the USNavy and merchant fleets worldwide-the new navy stealth ships--the ridgid
hull inflatable boat designs also in use and produced worldwide-the copyright basic design for the new bridge across the intercoastal
waterway to bryan beach-and several others in use today without any type of copyright licensing contract signed by me which
is required by law-or any attempt by any of the users to pay me for anything regarding this unlawful usage
I showed up at the Universal Studios Administration Building
and the Paramount Administration Building with a copy of several of my copyrights in the late 1980s-I showed the receptionist
the copyright documents and they called security to throw me out of the building-extremely rude and hostile in every way!!
The police even came by and followed me down the street for a long ways!! The US District Attorney in LA refused to see me!!
these design copyrights are intended to be technical drawings
for blueprints-computer programs-navigation programs- and civil engineering projects-they are portrayed as merely drawings
which was not my intention-however even though persons in the copyright office at that time put me under a lot of pressure
to change the wording and intent of my application-they are still my original works--specific markings of identification were
placed on each design and program-not because they served any real purpose but for that specific purpose of identification-just
like the treasury department designs markings into any denomination currency to foil counterfeiters -I could not then nor
can I now afford to apply for a patent--so I used my copyrights to protect my works--DavidJWard
